Patrick is responsible for all aspects of South Street Partners, including acquisitions, sales, development and operations. Previously, Patrick was a Partner at Discovery Land Company, a developer of high-end private golf communities. Patrick’s focus was acquisitions, finance, project management, and operations oversight across the entire portfolio of communities. Prior to joining Discovery, Patrick served in a number of roles at Terrabrook, a real estate development, investment, and management subsidiary of Westbrook Partners. During this time, Terrabrook was the largest owner and developer of master planned communities in the country. Prior to Terrabrook, Patrick began his real estate career in Washington, DC as a consultant with Ernst & Young’s Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group and KPMG’s Real Estate, Mortgage and Hospitality Group.
Patrick graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School. He currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and two daughters.

In addition to deal sourcing, acquisition and asset management, Chris sources and maintains investor and capital relationships at South Street. He is responsible for sales and marketing initiatives. Previously, Chris ran acquisitions in the real estate group at Summit Capital Management, a private equity firm with over $300 million of assets under management. At Summit, Chris focused primarily on opportunistic, middle market, multifamily real estate investments. He evaluated potential development and acquisition opportunities in the multifamily and student housing sectors. Chris was also involved in Summit’s development of a high end private club golf course outside of Annapolis, Maryland. Chris graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in American History. Chris currently resides in Charleston, SC.

Scott is the President of South Street Partner’s Southeast Land Management, LLC and has shared management responsibilities across all aspects of the 51 property level companies. A native of Roanoke, Virginia, Scott began his real estate career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Real Estate Investment Banking group in Charlotte, NC before joining Crescent Communities in 2011 as Director of Residential Finance and Investments. At Crescent, Scott was responsible for evaluating residential acquisition opportunities and providing asset management for all existing portfolio communities which included implementing corporate portfolio strategies, project underwriting and financing activity. Most recently, Scott was a Director with Princeton Communities in Charlotte where he was responsible for all facets of new development activities including contract negotiations, site planning and design, interaction with local and state governmental officials and staff, rezoning, contractor selection and oversight. In addition to development responsibilities, Scott evaluated and negotiated all contracts on existing land development parcels being sold to regional and national homebuilders and managed all aspects of the sale and due diligence process. Scott earned his M.B.A. from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and holds a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Henry’s responsibilities at South Street Partners include acquisitions, development, and asset management. He was most recently Senior Associate at Fifth Third Securities in Charlotte, North Carolina where he focused on both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capital raising assignments. Prior to Fifth Third Securities, Henry worked for Challenger Capital Group, a Dallas, Texas based boutique investment bank focused on middle market mergers and acquisitions. Henry began his career with ORIX Corporate Capital in Dallas, Texas where he provided middle-market companies flexible capital for leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and acquisitions. Henry graduated from Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in Business from the Cox School of Business. Henry is a native of Statesville, NC.

Jordan provides substantial experience in the acquisition, management, reporting, and financing of real estate assets. He is focused on asset management and operations as well as development oversight at South Street Partners. Jordan was previously with Discovery Land Company, a developer of second home golf course club communities. While at Discovery, Jordan was responsible for a multitude of projects and was directly involved in all areas of the company’s operation. His tenure included lengthy stints in The Bahamas, Mexico, and Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to joining Discovery, Jordan worked for Inter-Asia Venture Management in Hong Kong, China.nJordan received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jordan currently resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife and daughter.

Will’s responsibilities at South Street Partners include deal sourcing, acquisition, equity and debt structuring, and asset management. He was most recently Vice President of Investments for Crescent Resources, a $1 billion real estate development and investment company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. At Crescent, Will was responsible for all existing residential portfolio asset management, all new residential investments, and completing a $100 million equity raise for the Company. Previous to Crescent, Will worked for Hillwood Investments, a Dallas, Texas based development and investment firm and one of the top privately owned real estate companies in the country. Will’s responsibilities included asset management for Hillwood’s residential luxury investments. Will began his career with Inter-Asia Venture Management in Hong Kong, China. Will received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Will currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and children.

Bennette assists with day-to-day asset management responsibilities for South Street Partners’s land holdings. A native of Greensboro, North Carolina, Bennette’s previous experience includes consulting, bookkeeping, human resources, event management, and fundraising. She was most recently Assistant Director of SECU Crystal Coast Hospice House where she prepared financial reports and managed strategic planning and marketing for fundraising events. Prior to SECU Crystal Coast Hospice House, Bennette worked in the hospitality space providing office management and bookkeeping services. Bennette graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts.
